Return & Refund Policy

We want to ensure a smooth and easy return process. Please read our policy below carefully.

Before You Return

We strongly recommend contacting us at info@idyo.eu before returning any products. To assist you quickly, we may ask for:

  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item

Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

How to Initiate a Return

    1. To begin the return process, please email us at info@idyo.eu Once you reach out, we will guide you step by step through the return process. We already know exactly which product it is and where it comes from (Germany or The Netherands), so we can handle everything efficiently. We will do our best to resolve your request as quickly as possible.
    2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
    3. Ship your return to the following address:

     4. We will place a new order for you as soon as possible

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. For items over €75, consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed, and an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary
  • If you still have an issue, please contact us at info@idyo.eu

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@idyo.eu.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded
  • Gift cards are non-returnable

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

The time for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location.
